Rotella Performance Workshops are characteristically intimate and individualized as well as intensive and enjoyable. This is ideally achieved through small groups of approximately 25-50 participants. The workshop includes talks by Doc in a relaxed atmosphere, discussions, demonstrations and quality playing time on the links. Doc will focus on the mental approach to the game by sharing the personal challenges business and sports professionals must overcome. In this relaxed, open forum, participants learn how they can use Rotella’s principles to improve their performance and the elements needed to develop their own winning attitudes.

From hundreds of clients he has learned what works, in his talk he shares what he has learned and what he teaches his clients. Real talent, he explains is “brilliance of a different sort”.
